CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY Clients are given a grace period of 10 mins lateness. Be aware that parking during peak times is harder to find. Parking in downtown is available on the street or in one of 3 public lots. After 10 mins, depending on the service and timing you may be asked to reschedule or your service will be cut short. All appointments require 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling or you may be charged a fee. No show appointments are charged half or full amount depending on service.
