Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are given a grace period of 10 mins lateness. After 10 mins, depending on the service and timing you may be asked to reschedule or your service will be cut short. All appointments require 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling or you may be charged a fee. No show appointments are charged half or full amount depending on service.
