Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are given a grace period of 10 mins lateness. Be aware that parking during pick times is harder to find.
Parking in downtown is available on the street or in all the public lots.
After 10 mins, depending on the service and timing you may be asked to reschedule or your service will be cut short. All appointments require 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling or you may be charged a fee. No show appointments are charged half or full amount depending on service.
